დღე მეხუთე / Day 5

ჩვენი სასწავლო ვიზიტის ბოლო დღეს ვესტუმრეთ ,,e-Estonia Showroom’’-ს, სადაც წარმოგვიდგინეს პრეზენტაციები, თუ როგორ უზრუნველყოფენ სხვადასხვა მომსახურებას თანამედროვე ტექნოლოგიების საშუალებით, როგორებიცაა ელექტრონული გადასახადები, არჩევნები, ორგანიზაციის რეგისტრაცია და ა.შ. ჩვენთვის საინტერესო იყო, თუ როგორ აღმოფხვრეს საბაჟოზე არსებული პრობლემები ელექტრონული სისტემის გამოყენებით. სასიამოვნო ლანჩის შემდეგ, რომლითაც ბატონი ტანელ ოპი გაგვიმასპინძლდა, ვეწვიეთ ინოვას, რომელიც წარმოადგენს ესტონეთის მთავრობის მიერ შექმნილ ორგანიზაციას და ახორციელებს საგანმანათლებლო ღონისძიებებს.

ჩვენი ვიზიტის დასასრულს, გვინდა მადლობა ვუთხრათ ყველას ვინც აქტიურად იყო ჩართული პროგრამის დაორგანიზებაში, მასპინძლებს და ექსპერტებს, რომლებმაც ფასდაუდებელი შრომა გაწიეს თავიანთი გამოცდილების გასაზიარებლად და ძალისხმევა არ დაიშურეს რომ მაქსიმალურად სასარგებლო ინფორმაცია მიგვეღო ვიზიტის ფარგლებში. გვინდა განსაკუთრებით აღვნიშნოთ რაილი აეროკოპისა და აივარ ჰიიოს გულისხმიერება, რომელიც მათ ჩვენ მიმართ გამოავლიენეს ამ პერიოდის განმავლობაში. აგრეთვე გვსურს მადლობა გადავუხადოთ ანა საჰანინსა და ვაიკო მაეს.

პროექტის განმავლობაში მივიღეთ გამოცდილება, რომელიც დაგვეხმარება ჩვენს მომავალ საქმიანობაში, განსაკუთრებით კი ელექტრონული კურსების განვითარებასა და ორგანიზებაში. გავეცანით უამრავ სიახლეს და შესაძლებლობებს, რომლის დანერგვაც აკადემიას სასიკეთოდ წაადგება.

და ბოლოს, გვინდა განსაკუთრებული მადლობა გადავუხადოთ დაძმობილების პროექტს და მის მუდმივ უცხოელ მრჩეველს, ბატონ ანტი კარტუნენს, რომ მოგვცა შესაძლებლობა სასწავლო ვიზიტით ვსტუმრებოდით ფინეთსა და ესტონეთს.

On the last day of our study visit we had a meeting in e-Estonia Showroom.  It was a showcase of Estonian’s ICT solutions all in one facility providing visitors with hands-on examples of what they are, how they work and plans for the future. Topics covered: internet elections, e-tax, e-banking, company registrations, e-police, and electronic ID card and mobile ID services.  One of the most important topic for us was Queue Management Service presentation (how they managed to organize queues in customs with e-system).  After we had a perfect lunch hosted by Mr. Tanel Oppi. Our last meeting was a visit to Foundation Innove, Mr. Tanel Oppi made very interesting presentation about their activities: Estonian educational landscape, educational and training system, implementing life-long learning strategy.

Our study visit is over so we want to thank everyone who made it possible and who organized it so perfectly. Thanks for all experts who provided important information for us and shared their experiences. Special thanks to Mrs. Raili Aarrekorpi and Mrs. Anna Saharinen from Finland Tanel Oppi, Vaiko Mae and Aivar Hiilo from Estonia for attention, warm welcome, perfect management and logistics and good foodJ.  

Visit was very fruitful. We gained very useful information and new ideas that will help us to develop our e-courses in the Academy. Hope we can apply our knowledge at work for the benefit of the Academy.  

And finally – Very special thanks to EU Twining Project RTA Mr. Antti Karttunen who provided useful recommendations before the trip, gave us opportunity to develop our professional skills and visit Finland-Estonia.

დღე მეოთხე / Day 4

ჩვენი სასწავლო ვიზიტის მეოთხე დღე ესტონეთის უსაფრთხოებათა მეცნიერებების აკადემიაში დაიწყო. გულთბილი მიღებისა და მოკითხვის შემდეგ, ვაიკო დისტანციურად ჩაგვერთო შეხვედრაზე და ზოგადად მიმოიხილა მუდლის პლატფორმა. აგრეთვე, ბატონებმა ერიკ რუტელმა და რაულ სავიმაამ, თავიანთი პრეზენტაციები წარმოგვიდგინეს ელექტრონული სწავლების მეთოდებთან დაკავშირებით, გაგვაცნეს ის საშუალებები რომლებსაც ისინი იყენებენ. ასევე გავეცანით სიმულაციური თამაშებით ელექტრონული სწავლების შესაძლებლობებს. პატივი გვქონდა მონაწილეობა მიგვეღო ატაკის აკადემიის იუბილისადმი მიძღვნილ ღონისძიებაში.

დღის მეორე ნახევარში ვესტუმრეთ ტალინის უნივერსიტეტს, სადაც შევხვდით ბატონ მარტ ლაანპერეს. მან საინტერესოდ გვიამბო მისი კვლევების შესახებ. დავათვალიერეთ უნივერსიტეტი, გავეცანით ახალ ტექნოლოგიებს და ,,მომავლის’’ სასწავლო ოთახებს. უნივერსიტეტში ვიზიტი იყო ინფორმაციული და სასიამოვნო.

Today we visited Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. After a warm welcome from the Academy staff Mr. Vaiko May made presentation via Skype as he was out of Tallinn and provided additional information about Moodle. Afterwards Mr. Eric Ruutel and Mr. Raul Savimaa provided information about different methods of e-leaning and shared their experiences.  We also visited the Center for innovative applied learning technologies and introduced with their disaster relief simulation class. It is to mention that we also attended the 23 Anniversary of ATAK and tasted delicious cake.

Second half of the day we spent at Talllinn University where we met with Mr. Mart Laanpere. Mr. Laanpere provided very interesting information regarding on-going research projects in Tallinn University and after the meeting we had a tour to observe existing educational technologies. Visit was very informative and interesting. 

დღე მესამე / Day 3

მოულოდნელობებითა და სასიამოვნო სიურპრიზებით დატვირთული აღმოჩნდა დღევანდელი დღე, ტალინის ტექნოლოგიების უნივერსიტეტში სტუმრობამ წარუშლელი შთაბეჭდილებები დატოვა ჩვენზე. შეხვედრის პირველი ნაწილი უნივერსიტეტის ორგანიზაციული სტრუქტურის შესახებ პრეზენტაციებს დაეთმო, ქალბატონმა მარგე კუსმინმა შეხვედრის მსვლელობისას ყურადღება გაამახვილა ტრადიციული სწავლების პოზიტიურ მხარეებზე, ხოლო ელექტრონული სწავლება აღწერა, როგორც სწავლების განსხვავებული სტილი, უნივერსიტეტის სასწავლო პროცესში მათ ორივე მეთოდი შერეული სახით აქვთ წარმოდგენილი. აგრეთვე, ისაუბრა გამოწვევებზე, ერთ-ერთი მთავარი პრობლემა რაზეც მუშაობენ არის ექსპერტთა გადამზადების საკითხი, რათა მათ უფრო აქტიურად შეძლონ ელექტრონულ სწავლებაში ჩართვა. აგრეთვვე, დავესწარით ინოვაციებისთვის მიძღვნილ ფორუმს და მონაწილეობა მივიღეთ ტურში, რომელიც შედგა უნივერსიტეტში და მიზნად ისახავდა ინოვაციური ტექნოლოგიების გაცნობას

The day was very interesting and full of nice surprises. Mr. Tanel Oppi met us in the hotel with his representative and introduced study visit program for these 3 days.  After we went to Tallinn Technical University that impressed us a lot with its infrastructure and learning environment. We were introduced organizational structure of the University Mrs. Marge Kusmin made presentation about university and its activities and highlighted the importance of traditional learning. Mrs. Kusmin mentioned that e-leaning is a different method of learning and that TTU offers both type of learnings especially blended learning is popular. One of the most important issues they are working on –is TOT to develop e-courses. After meeting in TTU we visited Innovation and Business center Mektory where we attended innovation day organized by ATAK and had a tour of Metkory

დღე მეორე / Day 2

დღეს ჩვენი სასწავლო ვიზიტის მეორე დღეა, ტურის მონაწილეებს დაგეგმილი გვქონდა შეხვედრა საგანმანათლებლო მიმართულებით განვითარებადი და ინოვაციური კვლევის ჯგუფის წარმომადგენლებთან. ბატონი ტარმო ტოიკანენ,  გახლავთ ფსიქოლოგი განათლების მიმართულებით და აგრეთვე მასწავლებელთა ტრენერი. მან დეტალური ინფორმაცია მოგვაწოდა მათ მიერ შექმნილი ინოვაციური პროექტების შესახებ,  მათ შორის გაგვაცნეს ვებ-გვერდი Lemill.net, რომელიც აერთიანებს 42000-მდე მომხმარებელს და რაც არ უნდა გასაკვირი იყოს მათ შორის დაახლოებით 30000 მომხმარებელი ქართველია. ვებ-გვერდს იყენებენ მასწავლებლები სასწავლო მიზნებისათვის, ისინი ერთმანეთს უზიარებენ თავიანთ გამოცდილებას სწავლების ახალი მეთოდების შესახებ. ბატონმა ტარმომ გაგვაცნო უნივერსიტეტის სტრუქტურა და მათი სასწავლო მიმართულებები. ასევე დავათვალიერეთ უნივერსიტეტის შენობაში განთავსებული არქიტექტურისა და დიზაინის სკოლის სტუდენტების ნამუშევრები და სასწავლო გარემო. შეხვედრა მისტერ ტარმოსთან აალტის უნივერსიტეტში ნაყოფიერი აღმოჩნდა ინოვაციური პროექტების შესახებ ინფორმაციის გაზიარების თვალსაზრისით. დღის პირველ ნახევარში ჩვენი სასიამოვნო თანამგზავრი იყო ქალბატონი იანინა.

დღის მეორე ნახევარში ქალბატონმა რაილი აეროკოპმა იზრუნა, რომ ჩვენი სეხვედრა საგადასახადო ადმინისტრაციის დეპარტამენტის წარმომადგენლებთან ორგანიზებულად წარმართულიყო.  შეხვედრის განმავლობაში ერთმანეთს გავუზიარეთ ჩვენი გამოცდილებები ელექტრონული სწავლების მიმართულებით. მათ, ჩვენგან განსხვავებით, ელექტრონული სწავლების უფრო დიდხნიანი გამოცდილება აქვთ და შესაბამისად მათი ელექტრონული კურსების რაოდენობა გაცილებით მეტია. მათ შორის აქვთ TOT-ის ელექტრონული კურსი, რომელიც მოიცავს კონკრეტულ მეთოდებსა და საშუალებებს არამარტო ტრადიციული ტრენინგის მეთოდოლოგიის შესახებ, არამედ ელექტრონული კურსების შექმნის ტექნიკებს. შეხვედრა იყო ინტერაქციული და თითოეულ ჩვენგანს გვქონდა კითხვის დასმისა და აზრის გამოთქმის შესაძლებლობა. დღის განმავლობაში დაგვებადა ახალი იდეები და დავისახეთ დიადი მიზნები ჩვენი ელექტრონული კურსების გასავითარებლად, რასაც ჩამოსვლისთანავე გაგიზიარებთ და იმედი გვაქვს ერთობლივად შევძლებთ ფრთები შევასხათ მათ.

Today we had a second day of our study tour; we had meetings in organizations that are   developing learning environments – Learning Environment research group (LeGroup). Mr. Tarmo Toikkanen is a psychologist and also teacher’s trainer. He provided detailed information about the innovative projects created by their group. They gave us information concerning website- www.Lemill.net, this site has up to 42000 users and surprisingly 30000 are Georgians.   Website is mainly for teachers and trainers for educational purposes they are sharing experiences about modern teaching methods and tools. We were introduced the structure of the university and directions of their educational courses. After the meeting we had a tour through university to observe the learning environment, we visited Art and Design school as well.  The meeting was very fruitful we gained important information regarding innovative projects.

After lunch in Haus Mrs. Raili Aarrekorpi organized meeting for us in Finnish Tax Administration. During the meeting we shared our experiences about e-leaning. Their experience in e-learning is much more long-term that ours therefore they have a solid amount of e-courses. They have TOT course which consists of tools and methods not only concerning traditional training methodology but also contains techniques how to create e-courses. The meeting was very interactive and all of us had an opportunity to ask questions. During the day come up with new ideas and set new goals for developing our e-courses in the Academy, we will share our ideas to you when will come to the office and we hope together we will turn them into reality.

 

First Day

Hi from finland,

Today we had interesting start-up of the study visit. Mrs. Anna Saharinen introduced the program and practical arrangements. Anna shared very valuable experience about e-learning practices. Most important issues for us were: to get detailed information and innovative ideas how to motivate our consumers, use Moodle platform and develop our e-learning programs, so we are eager to study as much as possible.  We also found some similarities between our and HAUS’s experience.  Mrs. Saharinen presented the first e-learning training that was- orientation program “Getting familiar with the state administration” very similar to what we created in the Academy’s e-learning website.

In recent years, technological development supported to create more diverse e-learning solutions.        E-learning needs new ways to effectively develop images, videos, texts and real life simulations in teaching process. We have to make effort to establish a self-direct learning culture.  We have to foresee that good e-learning consists of:  good quality of content and assessment, good quality learner’s support system. Careful and attractive design of online materials will motivate learners for deep and comprehensive e-learning.

At 13:00 we visited the School of Customs. Mrs.  Ritta Paalanen  and Mr. Matti Kakko presented Moodle based e-learning system of customs. They introduced the ways of e-learning development. Now they are in a process to hire full-time e-learning experts.  They are working on new version of Moodle, developing production of video-clips and are planning to train the trainers. Mrs. Paalanen presented the structure of the programs which they offer to their custom officers and showed very impressive studio where the video lessons are recorded. 

The first day of the study visit was very useful.
